About the Postcard:
This postcard was created for Aldateateret to promote their play "Food for faen", which they are presenting in eductational establishments around Norway. Being as such the text was written in Norwegian. The postcard is an ideal format for Aldateateret to promote because it can easily be sent in the mail and can create much more impact than a simple letter.
The postcard was created in Illustrator 10 and despite its looks it has been hand traced and drawn, traces used initally to get the right size and composition then drawn to fill in the details. The card is 330gsm with a Matt 4 colour finish on the front and a black and white underside. To get the correct colours and to do the composite I took it into Adobe Photoshop CS, where I could check total ink coverage etc.
