About the site:
A very tight design brief of "Not wanting it to look like every other site - they are all too clean", allied to wanting a distressed, anti web look ended being translated into the design as it is today, but without restricting the functionality of being able to update every element of the site using a standard blogging tool set. This was achieved though use of CSS and rendering the title graphics on the fly.
I extended Wordpress to be able to update the site with rendering of the graphics, having multiple categories for the content to sit in and to have a content management system for the 100s Mbs of content offered.
